loved the fact I didn't have to go out in the bad weather to get to casino. room was clean for a smoking room. staff was very knowledgeable of the area so was able to help me get to my company Christmas Party

The room was very clean it was quiet not a lot of noise a short walk to the casino. The room was very clean and it was very spacious plenty of room didn’t feel crowded at all. The hotel both outside and inside had beautiful scenery and the staff seemed very personable. Check out wasn’t till 11 which also made it nice

Beautiful place. Ample room. Looks like a fairy tale palace outside. Casino is across the way, when you enter Keep RIGHT, do not follow Casino signs to casino parking garage. That's not you! There's a walkway to the casino building, lovely cool decor, but you will smell like an ashtray when you return to the hotel. Gambling and smoking always sisters, but the hotel is on a quiet area a long walk from the casino, so very very peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by gardens. Great value and a half hr from Cincinnati. Price is great too! Unbelievable!

No continental breakfast, and for the price, that should have definitely been a perk. Would love to come more often and try our luck at the casino, but the price is pretty steep, so we'll just have to save up for special occasions. Very clean room, and very comfy bed!

Rooms were not ready, reserved 3, only had 1 available. Waited a long time for the second room, and finally at 9:45 pm we finally got a call that our last guest would be able to get in the room.

Very close to the casino, room was clean, free beverages inside the casino, and was a very nice honeymoon destination

We had breakfast buffet at Grind near casino. It was very good and price was fair. The lighting was very good in the hotel and walking over to the casino. The staff was friendly and helpful.
